We visited Casita 13, a charming restaurant located right by the waterfront in Javea, for lunch on Saturday. I had discovered the place through its excellent Google reviews, and they turned out to be absolutely accurate. This is a small, inviting restaurant situated directly by the sea. It was wonderful to sit there during the day, watch people passing by and enjoy the beautiful seaside atmosphere. The lunch menu was slightly more expensive than in some of the nearby restaurants, but it’s only fair to say that the difference in price came back tenfold in quality. We had an exceptionally delicious lunch — perhaps the best meal we’ve had during our one-month stay in Spain. The owner, a lovely lady, was genuinely warm and welcoming. The service was outstanding — the kind of service you rarely experience. I don’t speak Spanish, but in English she explained everything clearly and kindly, and made us feel truly taken care of. We chose the three-course lunch, and I can honestly say that each dish would have been worth its full à la carte price. For €25.95, we enjoyed a well-balanced combination of a starter, main course and a delightful dessert — an excellent value for money. I can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this place. And as a final nice detail: the restroom was exceptionally clean. A wonderful experience — thank you, Casita 13. We hope to return.

My friends & I came here for lunch on a day out and it was perfect. The owner was so kind and welcoming, food was top class and the house wines were some of the best we’ve had. Tinto de verano was lovely too. Great spot right by the sea, highly recommend!! Muchas gracias nuevamente.
